reckless in his pursuit

A full grown young bull is pure beast.
He is full of vigor, energy, and passion.
He has two things on his mind,
meeting girls and eating..
kind of like a teenage boy..
and like most teenage boys he can be reckless in his pursuit.
They managed to get the bull into the paddock and then move the few cows back out.
The big Sorrel Anne sat, Texas, is their best Cutting Horse,
at least he has the most experience..
She simply let Texas know which cow to focus on, and then she let him do his work..
He got low to the ground and with fluid grace turned each cow back toward the open gate..
If the cow fought too much Texas would reach out and snap at the cow with his teeth..
his movements, sliding back and forth staying one split second ahead of the bovine,
his front hooves touching the ground then back up and over to the other side seemingly defying gravity,
then bounding with great speed staying one step ahead..
he was serious about his work..
Jesse and Cisco kept the bull from turning and running with the cows..
He held his coiled rope high with his right hand,
encouraging the bull not to try anything..
Once the cows were out, they took the horses to the barn.
Jess wanted to give the bull some time to calm down..
While they were removing the saddles the cows mawed and pleaded for their man..
The bull answered back with deep blood curdling groans..
They rubbed down the horses and put them in the stalls..
Jess backed the trailer up to the paddock and Anne opened the gate.
He positioned the opened trailer so the bull only had one choice for escape,
into the trailer..
He brought some hay from the barn and put it in the far end near the cab..
the bull stood at the other side of the paddock breathing hard..
thick clouds of smoke escaped from his nose and mouth..
he looked like a fire breathing beast from hell!
