I love St. Pio. His honesty and passion for Jesus is beyond my understanding. He would weep bitterly for people who came to him for confession. He was also very rough with people when they were hiding something from God. He was rough with them with the hope they would come clean and be set free. Isn't this how Father is with all of us? His love is not some wimpy mamby-pamby love. His love is gentle, but at times it is rigorous and wild! When we place our lives into His wounded hands completely, there is no telling what will happen. It will always be an adventure one way or another.
